She has 20+ years of Internal Operations Consulting experience including roles in Recruiting, Performance Management and Resource Management. Cindy combines her knowledge and experience in the industry with a strong passion and sense of urgency for both clients and candidates. She understand the company and consulting side of resourcing and places emphasis in finding the right resource by understanding the specifics of the client needs and matching them to the candidate’s capabilities.
